Theo was born on the 25th september 2011 , he was such a happy smiley baby, when he was about six weeks old we noticed he wasnt very strong so took him to our Gp , on the 28th november we were devestated when we told our precious little man had SMA Type 1 and only had weeks to live .Sadly on the 30th January 2012 he fell asleep in his mummys arms .
Theos now chasing butterflies and painting rainbows in a magical place way up high.

He was so very special
And was so from the start
You hels him in your arms
But mainly in your heart

His life did ripples make
And touched the lives of all.
Hes gone to play with angels
In heaven up above

Theo we will never forget you , you had the biggest brightest eyes and the cheekiest smile ever .you had a lovely send off , but im sure you will already know that . ,nana misses you so much , i love u millions watch over mummy n daddy n jayjay n harley , they all miss you too x x
